This 10 day jump start plan will help you get started! You’ll get:

  • A 23 Page E-Book that includes:

    • Favorite simple & easy recipes

  • Workouts are anywhere from 20-40  minutes long (on average) and can be done at the gym or at home! You just need a pair of dumbbells and a place to walk/run. Strength training & cardio based workouts that will help you shed fat, burn calories and tone your body!
  • You will see some jumping rope (can also jump in place as a substitute) and intervals of running and walking which you can do outside or on the treadmill. You can ALSO sub out another cardio machine for running/walking if you prefer or if you’re at home.
  • You can do the workouts 10 days in a row or take additional rest days as needed.
  • Level: moderate – intermediate
  • There are squats/lunges/jumping involved. If you have knees that don’t allow you to do these things, please modify accordingly.
  • This is an all-level program. Please be smart and listen to your body.
