Things That Have Changed

since I’ve became a mom…

– I do too much laundry. And I’m not even cloth diapering yet!! But really, how is this possible? Newborn clothes are tiny!
– I don’t text message while driving anymore.
– I don’t know if that counts- I’ve only drove twice in the last two weeks

– I love naps 462x more than I thought I did
– Probably because I don’t sleep at night ( We’re working on this though!)
– I forgot what my normal jeans feel like, and I’m too  scared to find out.
– I still don’t drink coffee……
– My baby’s smile could just make my heart melt.
– I don’t get my teeth brushed till around 11am.
– Sometimes even later! Sick!
– My breast are just.. weird..
– I love sleeping with my newborn
– Life is better, of course. 🙂

  1. He’s a cutie! The laundry thing–yeah, I don’t know why a baby doubles the laundry, but they do. That’s why I laugh when people ask about cloth diapers and laundry. What does it matter?Happy babymoon!

  2. Beautiful baby! Laundry is life and life is laundry. Naps…wonderful things, yet elusive somehow.Breasts are remarkable things, multi-useful and rather fun too.Enjoy mommy-hood

  3. Yay! You have a baby now!Oh, and so apparently becoming a mom is the key to not texting while driving, huh…Just kidding. I think. I vowed I wasn’t even going to TALK on the phone while driving…ugh…well, it’s a new week so maybe that’ll be my new week’s resolution.

  4. What a beautiful child. Yes, children increase laundry exponentially. Eventually it becomes the new normal though. And don’t worry about your jeans yet! You’ll get into them eventually. 🙂
