Body After Baby: Week Three

Happy week three! How are we doing?

Daily walking challenge ends right now! How did you do? Was it harder for you to make time for walking or daily exercise? Did you walk outside or at a gym? Did you walk with your kids or with a friend? I would love to hear!
Try to keep up your walking or any other physical exercise that you’re doing! It’s so good for you mentally and physically!
This weeks mini challenge:

How many healthy meals can you eat? A healthy meal needs to include at least two different types of food groups. Example: a bowl of soup doesn’t count. A bowl of soup with vegetables or a salad does count.
Fast food does not count. Sorry!
This is going to be a harder challenge I think. Eating healthier meals usually requires more preparing and cooking. It won’t be as easy to get a lot of points, but it’s a very important challenge! The meals you’re eating now are leading your path to success for weight loss.
Maximum amount of points you can get a day is 3 points = 3 meals.

We are two weeks down and starting our third week of this specific Body After Baby Challenge. Are you happy with how you’re doing? Keep going!   1. So, do the mini challenges go from Sunday-Saturday since the main BAB challenge started on a Sunday, or do they go until your weekly post goes up on Tuesday?

  2. Ouch! This one is gonna be tougher! As far as the walking, I packed both kiddos up in my stroller and walked… listening to my iPod! I also have made friends with a treadmill at the gym. :o)

  3. This one is really going to be a challenge! I know I should eat a variety of healthy foods, and I'm not great at it. The walking was easy for me, I've started running about 10 weeks ago, so I did that on my normal days and we were on vacation so we did a LOT of walking.

  4. Yay! I'm super excited for this week. I lined up a local buddy for the remaining 6 weeks of the challenge and I'm ready to kick some butt! I'm doing a modified South Beach diet and I'm going to clean up in the points department this week.

  5. Okay this is going to be hard! We're going grocery shopping probably tomorrow morning so I am going to try and make healthy choices! Any suggestions? Thanks SO much for this challenge! I have a good feeling about this!

  6. Eating healthy is not hard, but a little more time consuming. Making the time is my objective this week. On top of drinking water and walking!
