Body After Baby: Week 7

Ya’ll have two weeks left of this Body After Baby Challenge. Two weeks.

Time to push it to the metal!
This weeks challenge:
Because we are coming to the end, I’m going to use these last two weeks to combine mini challenges we’ve had throughout the weeks. For this week…
  • How many days a week can you work out. This must be a minimum of 30 minutes. Each day you exercise for 30+ minutes = 1 point. Max. point a day = 1.
  • How much water can you drink? Max point a day = 8 points = 8 cups of water
The people with the most points at the end of this challenge will then be submitting (if they want) their before/after pictures to decide who the winner of this entire challenge will be! So, points are huge! Don’t you want to win a $50 gift certificate to Mama Momo a cloth diapering/baby store and a $25 gift certificate to store of your choice for some shopping?! Yes. Yes you do.
A few of you have asked me if we’re doing another Body After Baby Challenge. And honestly, I haven’t decided yet. I will probably take a break from it as my mind is going a little bit body after baby crazy. I would love your thoughts on the idea though or if you think you’re interested in doing another one!

  1. I figured, having done this twice now, that you might need a break from the BAB stuff! I'm glad you ran it again though (I was too chicken to participate the first time), so thank you!

    I do hope you'll do another again sometime, if only because it's SO nice to have an outside motivator. It keeps me from completely loosing track of the time and putting off taking care of myself better.

  2. Whether or not you do it again, I just want to say THANK YOU for taking the time to do this. It has seriously helped motivate me SO MUCH and I certainly intend to keep taking care of myself and not go backwards, whether there's another challenge or not. Seriously though – THANK YOU.

    I would like to do it again, maybe in the spring or something.
    For me, doesn't have to be any prizes or anything… just the motivation!
    I've always seemed to lose weight better along with other people.

  4. I would love it if I could participate in this challenge for the new year. Understandable if you didn't, couldn't you just use the posts from the previous challenge? Less work for you.
