Body After Baby: Winner & New Game Plan

The Body After Baby Challenge here on Mama Notes will continue! I don’t know about you, but I’m pretty excited to get my body back for the year 2010! I’m really looking forward to starting up this challenge again with all of you. It’ll kick off the first week of January!
Feel free to post a Body After Baby post any week you’d like, and leave it in the Mr Linky provided. You can write some weeks and not others, you can write about how you’re doing, what your meals look like, what goal you reached this week. It’s totally casual and nothing is required of you! The most important thing is that you have a place to write about your diet and health and get support and encouragement from one another.
Feel free to add the Body After Baby button (made my Holly) to your blog so others know you’re participating in this challenge and to keep an eye out for your post each week!
I plan to blog about my health and fitness progress and goals as well. I will share them with you on the day Mr Linky goes up. I hope together we can all reach our goals in 2010!

I have lots of (challenging) goals for 2010 including: losing the last 13 pounds of baby weight by a wedding we have to go to in March, being able to do 5 unassisted pull-ups by my birthday in June and running my first half marathon in October with hubby to celebrate our 9th wedding anniversary!

    I look forward to continuing the Body After Baby challenge with you! 🙂

  2. I am looking forward to the challenge! Congrats to Amanda, she decerves it. I personally saw how hoard she worked at it. Thanks for the extra motivation for us moms to get ourselves in shape for our families.

  3. this is great! Im being induced the 29th of december so i can atleast start eating healthy when this challenge starts and start mildly working out. ive unfortunetly gained about 45lbs with this pregnancy and i was already 20lbs over weight so it would be nice to shredd those pounds!
