During our last challenge, which was 8 weeks long, I “assigned” us a mini challenge to do each week. For example, week’s four mini challenge was to see how many sit ups you could do. Having the mini challenges each week is a great way to stay motivated because you have a smaller goal to focus on that week. It’s also a fun way to have some friendly competition and challenge yourself!

I want to start doing this mini challenges again. Next week I will assign us with something fun (and hard!) to do.
Along with the mini challenges, I also will be asking a weekly question. This is again, another great way to have something to focus on, and its a great way to see what other people think about the subject!
