Lucas is so into everything these days.
It’s so adorable. Everything we do, he wants to do. He has been such a great helper the last few days. I can tell he is going to be just like his daddy when he grows up. He’s always trying to get into the tool box, digging out whatever he can find. His toy basket that we have in the living room has books, blocks, a couple trucks and a musical toy. This basket? He hasn’t touched it. This is the exact reason why I don’t buy him toys.
I usually take out a few toys for him to encourage him to play with them. In case he forgot they were there or something. It’s so funny because he just crawls right over them. Mom. Really? Why would I play with that awesome wooden truck you bought me for Christmas when I can touch this fireplace and get my hands all dirty!
I wonder if he’ll be this helpful when he’s a teenager?

At least he will always be adorable!
Adorable! And so true with the toys. Aellyn only has eyes for the remote control or my cell phone!
Oh my gosh! That is too funny! Don't count on the help when he's a teen….. Also: love the shag rug in the living room! We have one just like it!
too cute!!
He will definitely always be adorable! lol
And I completely understand! The toy situation is insane! Story only likes to dump the toys out of her bo and then is on her merry way into something else around the apartment.
So cute! Mama's little helper 🙂
Oh… forgot… liking the color of the wall in the first photo 🙂
And here I thought it was just my kid. We dont' buy a lot of stuff, but she got some things for Christmas, and her aunts and grandma got her toys, but she will dump them out, and then sit and scream at me until I pick her up, then put her down, lather, rinse, repeat. She's fine when her dad gets home. But only if I'm in the same room. God forbid I LEAVE the room for one minute. I know she can't be the only kid doing this, but I am seriously falling behind!
too cute!
LOL!! Adorable. 🙂 He's right around the age as my youngest and he does the SAME things. The dvds and books on the shelf are far more interesting than the big wooden toy box right next to them.
Hehe, our LOs are the same age, and I know just what you mean! Lilia's been into everything and 'helping' with everything too! It's so much fun!
My GOODNESS he's precious. I love his big smile!
Oh how cute! My David is about 1 month younger than Lucas and he is the same way! He would much rather clean out my purse than play with his basket of toys! In fact, right now he is banging his hand on a vent listening to the sounds….so cute!
He has those super rosy cheeks like my little girl. Those are the best!
