Something is going on inside my stomach. I think I’m either growing twins or I caught a nasty virus. Tuesday night I was at the gym, feeling fine until about 20 minutes in on the elliptical. My stomach started to feel funny so I drove home and was sick all night. It was so hard being a mom today. I have absolutely no energy and Lucas wants to crawl everywhere and all over me. He doesn’t understand of course, but I felt bad not giving him much attention. For the first time, I wished I had a baby movie to put in so I could sleep on the couch.
:: Don’t forget that all entries for the Cutest Cloth Diapered Baby Contest need to be in to me by Friday!
:: Starting Saturday (or Sunday? It depends and I haven’t completely decided yet) , I’m having another giveaway extravaganza here on Mama Notes! I hope you’re not going out of town, because you have a chance to win some really awesome things that I’m so excited about. Hint: One of the items is something I have already reviewed and held a giveaway for. Can you guess what it is? Oh you’re going to love it! I’ll be blogging as normal (assuming I’m not growing twins and spending my days by the toilet) about life and such. Giveaway weekends are fun, but they are exhausting. Don’t miss this!
:: Survivor starts today. Are you watching?
:: Amazing Race starts Sunday. Are you watching?
:: The Bachelor is on Monday. Are you watching? OF COURSE YOU ARE.
…. No I do not watch reality television, why do you ask? Oh, and The Olympics are on this weekend! I can’t wait. What is your favorite sport to watch?
It’s 9:00. I’m going to bed.
Hope you're getting good sleep to grow those babies! π (Fingers crossed) or at least to feel better!
I wrote a post. Here's my link.

Oh, and NO survivor, NO amazing race and YES bachelor!
Survivor used to be my date night in with hubby. every week we would get Subway and watch Survivor together. Then we had Logan and got sick of Survivor. We need to come up with a new date night in. I miss that.
Feel better!
Hope you get better soon! Can't wait to see what all you have planned in the giveaway. I love the anticipation. Not leaving town so I should be good!
Rest well, and feel better.
Samantha, take of yourself first! Your family needs a healthy mama π Have a great weekend!
I blogged about Body After Baby here: http://thismommyworks.blogspot.com/2010/02/body-after-baby-week-6.html
awww…hope you feel better soon sweety…it really sucks to be sick when you have little ones…..
I agree, family and taking care of yourself comes first!
I am not a reality tv person either, so no survivor, no amazing race, and definietly NO BACHELOR! There is better shows I would rather watch on MOnday night with my hubby for Date Night In…like Big Bang Theory.
Body after baby post http://bodybabychallenge.blogspot.com/2010/02/body-after-baby.html
Do you guys think my family or taking care of myself doesn't come first?? Obviously it does! π
I woke up this morning feeling totally better!! yay!
Glad you're feeling better! A big YES to Survivor, no to Amazing Race (we dont usually get home from church in time to watch it and we dont have DVR), and a huge NO to Bachelor (it just seems to get sleazier every season and I've managed to avoid getting sucked in the past few, yay!). =) Oh yeah, and I'm all about the Olympics! LOVE them, so excited! =)
Maybe you have a body after baby…baby? hehe, sorry couldn't resist… π
Oh my, definitely going to be watching The Bachelor! I was shocked to see Ali leave!? I couldn't believe that. Ugh. I like her. We'll see what happens, all I know is that if Vienna wins his heart in the end, that boy needs a serious talkin' to!
I am super excited for the Olympics, I love figure skating. It's my all time fav. event (other than women's gymnastics) I love women's figure skating, but will be excited to watch men's and pair's too! When I was younger I used to imagine I was a figure skater…yah, I'm a dork hehe π
I think I watch way more TV after being a mama,it's like I can schedule time now to watch b/c I am home way more. I used to work until 7:30 or 8 and would miss the start of most good shows, so just gave up b/c we didn't have dvr to record. Now I watch The Bachelor and LOST regularly. Those are my two commited shows π
Do you watch LOST?
Samantha,
I hope you did not take my comment in a negative way. I tend to always put others first (hubby & kids included) and that is when I usually get sick… when I am rundown π¦ So, I was just trying to say that I hope you take care of yourself and that not blogging or even thinking about blogging is ok! No reason to apologize to us π
Anyway, looking forward to the next challenge. Although, I am still on my own challenge right now π
Lisa
Thanks for the heads up on Survivor! We watch it on fancast or hulu, and I didn't know a new one was starting.
Glad you're feeling better now!
