As you’ve probably noticed, I’m back to blogging! Taking a week off was just perfect for me, and I’m so happy to be back here. This blog is…. my place. If you’re a blogger (or a mom or a writer or anyone (anything?) along those lines) I think you might know what I mean. I can come here to write and connect with other moms and for me, it is such a blessing. I have decided that I’ll be around for a while. It’ll be fun!
So, I thought today would be a great day to have a giveaway for a great book I’ve been meaning to tell you about! Organically Raised is a cook book for babies and toddlers. It starts out with infancy and goes through to late toddlerhood. The recipes are delicious and the pictures are so bright and fun!
The recipies themselves are so yummy sounding. I love the names, ” baby charlie’s apple and mango yogurt,” “baby turns 1 no-sugar birthday cake,” and “baby sophia’s pack ’em in kale and sweet potato super blend.” mmmmm!!
This is a great book for any mom and will offer you lots of new ideas for your toddler or baby. I know I am always looking for something new to feed Lucas. I feel like we eat the same things every day! This book has gave me some great ideas and I’m hoping we can hit the Farmer’s Market this weekend for some fresh produce!
To enter this giveaway, just answer this question:
What is your child’s favorite food?
To be eligible to win, your email address must be in your comment. This is so I can contact you if you win! Good luck, giveaway ends Saturday morning.
Right now…it's formula. Still got about 2 more weeks until we explore the world of solid foods.

I've got a 2 and a half year old that LOVES blueberries. A 18 month old that just discovered her love of sweet peas (picked straight from nana's garden!) and a 6 week old that goes to town on his mommas milk. He loves the boob. π
Great giveaway! I'll definitely be checking out this book. π
So glad you're back! My kids both love a good pb&j π
My child is due today! Very excited to find out in time what his favorite food is.
My (about to turn) one year old loves blueberries and raspberries.
hmmmm, let's see – probably tortillas with cheese are her fav right now. oh and she really likes shrimp. Not on the tortilla though – yum! we should try that!
Thanks for the chance to win! That book looks great!

Hmmm…my son LOVES his mommy's milk, but my daughter loves macaroni and cheese, ice cream (or anything sweet for that matter), peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, and bananas. I've been wanting this book – it's on my wishlist on Amazon. π
That's really hard. She really likes anything wrapped in a tortilla. She can say burrito, it sounds like deeto. She also loves any kind of berries.
She pretty much eats anything I give her. Which is amazing according to most parents. She especially goes to town on fruits and vegetables.

Peaches, peaches, peaches! I'm the one from Georgia and I don't care for them, but I guess my little lady might have a Georgian heart even though she lives in New England, because she's obsessed with anything peachy!
My 6 year old love spaghetti, my 3 year old has recently discovered raspberries (which I'm ecstatic about as he's never eaten fruit in its natural form willingly) and my 6 1/2 month old get very excited for bananas and sweet potatoes). I would love a book like this as I'm determined not to buy pre-made baby food for my little girl.

Pixie's favorite food is steamed and sliced green beans! At least, I guess they are her favorite-of-the-moment since she usually picks them all out first before moving on to other foods.

Welcome back! π My son is 21 months old and I feel like I am in a quite a rut when it comes to meal time. He used to eat everything I'd put in front of him. But I'm afraid those days are gone, so I would love some inspiration!
His current favorite is cantaloupe! I really think he could eat the whole melon in one sitting.
Thanks for the chance!

APPLES!!! When we pull into the grocery store parking lot she immediately starts asking for apples. We have to go straight in & find her an apple to eat, before I can do any shopping.
Anyways, it's much better than screaming for candy π
