Due Date

Today is (was- it’s 10:46pm) my due date.

It came and went with no baby!

I’m sorry I have nothing exciting to report.

I have done walking as usual, sitting on the birth ball as usual and napping as usual. Things are going to stay that way, too. I’m not about to try any crazy induction methods. Maybe if I reach 42 weeks, but not until then. I’m just letting my babe and my body do it’s thing and when it’s ready, it’s ready.

I’m not saying I’m not anxious or excited or annoyed or huge or frustrated… because I am all those things and more. But what I am saying is I believe in perfect timing… and it’s got to be right around the corner.

{Right?!}

I don’t have a 40 week picture either. You can imagine it looks like my 39 week-er, just enlarged a little.

Ha.

I’ll probably be updating baby news on the ol’ Facebook site , so follow me there if you want to know the deets.

Maybe I’ll wake up at 3:23 am and be in labor. Oh wouldn’t that be exciting!

  1. Aw, I hope that baby decides to come soon for you. I understand the waiting; my first was 6 days late. Just keep doing what you're doing and hang in there. 🙂

  2. I know how you feel! I went 10 days over with DD and 9 days over my EDD with DS. Every single day that passed without contractions I got more stressed out and anxious. And facebook messages from family and friends “are you still pregnant? or have you just not told me the good news?” did not help one bit.

    Hoping people leave you alone in peace 🙂
