A Cookie Please

I figure at this point, being forty weeks and one day pregnant, I can pretty much do whatever the heck I want. Don’t I deserve that? Yes, I think I do. Don’t argue with me. I’m grumpy and whatever I say goes.

So today? Well, I’ll take two chocolate chip cookies please. With a Diet Coke thanks very much.

Do you know that a single cookie at Mrs. Fields cost something like $1.75. ALMOST TWO DOLLARS FOR A COOKIE. Like, really Mrs. Fields. Who do you think you are?

Here is a classic 40 week pregnant picture that I know one day I’ll look back and laugh at. I would like to thank my husband for always taking great pictures of me that really show off my good side and make me look hot. I was laughing because I’m almost certain that I always choose the most un flattering pictures of myself to put on the internet.

I just want you to laugh with me, that’s all. Go get yourself a cookie and ask your husband to take a picture of you too close with the sun in your eyes while you’re in the midst of chewing that delicious cookie made by the rich Mrs. Fields.  It’s really fun.

I went for a two hour walk today too. I wanted to tell you that because it makes me feel better.

And I’m still pregnant. In case you were wondering.

  1. lol – I think it's a great picture. 🙂 And you deserve that almost $2-dollar cookie! I say that so I can justify similar things later in my pregnancy. hehe

  2. I just commented on another blog that shoveling Ben & Jerry's into my mouth while pregnant counts as “spoon-lift reps,” ie exercise.

So you enjoy that cookie, Mama!
