My First Born Hogged the Camera

I realized that I have taken hardly any pictures of Joshua since he’s been born. I feel awful! I think I took more pictures of Lucas in one day when he was a newborn then I’ve taken of Joshua in three weeks. Ugh. I really need to be better about that.  I also realized that I’ve only shared a handful of pictures of him on my blog! Seriously, what am I thinking? This blog (along with a ton of other things) is one of my journals for my kids and through motherhood. I love looking back on old post I’ve wrote and seeing pictures and stories. I have a bad memory, so documenting things is key for me. Anyways, I don’t know why I told you all that.

It’s time for a little Joshua love.

He was three weeks on Wednesday. That blows my mind. At two weeks he was 9 pounds 6 ounces. He is pretty long, most of his infant clothes are too short for him now! I am already into the next size.

You will notice the poor guy has a big scratch on his face. That would be from his big brother!

A hot bath with mama is always a relaxing way to end the day.

I’ve figured out how he loves to be wrapped and what helps him fall asleep. He loves this big warm blanket wrapped around him, and of course that stupid pacifier. I also downloaded a white noise app on my iphone that he likes. It seems to help him fall asleep.

We started using cloth diapers today! Adorable!  Already have one in cloth, might as well make it two!

Don’t you love his hair?

Helping mama blog. He fits into my lap oh so perfectly!

    (Ahem. I think Peeper agrees.)

As I was say – Adorable!

And my Peeper has the pink version of those jammies in the last photo. And her twin one-year-old cousins have them two (b/g – so one pink, one white).
