The most popular vote for the next Body After Baby Challene is an 8 week challenge with before and after pictures! This will start next Wednesday, December 1st, and lead us through Christmas and into the new year.
Link ups will be every Tuesday. If you choose to write about your week, you can link up here. This gives you a chance to meet other Body After Baby blogger participants, encourage one another and see what everyone is up too! Feel free to not write about it, too. You can certainly still follow along with us however you wish!
There are no “rules” for who can participate. It’s for fun and motivation, so if you have a new baby or if your baby is in High School, you are all welcome here.
Each week you can write about your progress and check in with other bloggers. I might have specific questions I ask you each week, too. Or maybe little challenges like I did last time! 🙂
I will be sharing with you my plan for these eight weeks as well. I haven’t totally figured it out yet (trying to figure out how/when I can get to the gym with a newborn and husband’s schedule!) but once I do, I’ll be letting you know what I’m doing. At our first link up, it would be awesome if you shared what your plan was for these 8 weeks and what your goals are, too! Think about that before next Wednesday!

I strongly encourage you to take a “before” picture!! I’m not asking that you send these to me or even put them on your blog (of course you can do whatever you want though!) but after this short challenge is over it will be great to take you “after” and see how far you’ve come. Plus, a “before” picture is a great motivation!
The Body After Baby Challenge is about getting back to your “pre-baby weight, but it’s also about so much more. It’s about feeling better, having confidence in yourself, being a positive role model for your children, having energy and being healthy! The number on the scale does not define you! Remember, your body is strong! You have brought children into this world! You deserve to make time for yourself to feel, look and simply be the best you can be for you and your family!
I am here for you. I love talking with ya’ll. You encourage me as much as (you think) I encourage you. I face the same challenges you do. I will do my best to respond to all of you in the comments section and answer your emails about questions/thoughts you have. You are also welcome to send me any stories or questions that you’d like for me to feature on the blog- that way you get more responses and tips. Thank you for joining all of us on this challenge.
