Welcome to week two of the Body After Baby 8 Week Challenge!
How are you doing??
I’m well, thanks for asking. I have managed to get to the gym several times this week. I’m excited to get back into running and will be signing up for a 5K in Februrary so I’m sort of training for that. I’m going to get some studs for my running shoes this weekend so I can start running outside. I think I will love running in the cold! I hope I don’t run into any moose.
I mentioned it on my Facebook page, but in case you didn’t see it, I found a pretty neat site call My Fitness Pal. I actually found it from an iphone app late one night and then realized you can also use it on your computer. It lets you keep track of your calories if you want, your workouts, water intake and goal weight. I like that I can access it from my phone as well as laptop. I haven’t used it too much, but I want to more. I think it might help!
We are on week two and I have two challenges for you this week.
1. Write down everything you eat/drink. There have been numerous studies done proving that this helps. Do you think it might help you?
2. Cut out one un-healthy habit completely from your life this week. Maybe it’s soda, sugar, smoking, spending too much time watching TV, eating too much ice cream… decide what it is and take it out of your life for seven straight days. See what happens!
