Body After Baby During Christmas

{For those new to my blog, The Body After Baby Challenge is a weekly challenge that bloggers participate in to get support, encouragement and motivation on reaching their goals of losing that “baby” weight, feeling better, getting stronger and healthier, and being a positive role model for our children! Anyone can join in at any time, feel free to blog about your goals/plans/progress in reaching your personal fitness and health goals. We are in the middle of an 8 week challenge right now! It’s my hope that we can offer encouragement to one another as well as have a little bit of accountability by blogging about it and sharing with others!}

I am so sorry I forgot to put up the Body After Baby post this week! I know I’m only a day late, but I have been so busy working and getting ready for Christmas I completely forgot about it. I’m assuming most of you have been really busy as well, so I hope you understand!

Are you taking this week off from the Body After Baby Challenge to enjoy some holiday sweets? Or just Christmas day? Or not at all?! I’d love to hear what your plan is, if you have one.

Me? I fully intend to take the week off!  And I’m happy with that. 🙂 I will still be exercising but I’m not thinking much about what I’m putting in my mouth. I mean, It’s Christmas. I don’t think Jesus wants us stressing over the chocolate, right?

I’ve been able to get to the gym several times this week, I started running outside and this afternoon I’m going cross country skiing! I’m super pumped.

Sorry this post is so short and boring, but I’ve got a million things on my to-do list that I need to get a crack on! I wanted to at least put this up so those of you that blogged about it this week can link up. I hope you enjoy all the yummy treats this Christmas! Keep your goals in mind, but do enjoy some, and do an extra hard workout the day after. 🙂 (Except not the day after Christmas. You need that time to relax after all the merry and joy you’ve experienced on Christmas. And don’t spend oodles of time in the gym right now either. Go be with your family. Enjoy this time.)

  1. Having trouble even thinking about BAB and probably will until Hubby goes back to work and Logan back to school on Jan.3. Just trying to keep my enjoyment in moderation for now.

    Merry Christmas!

  2. Hi! I would love to join this challenge once we return from vacation on Jan 5th!! Do I just start blogging once I do? Or will the challenge be over by then? Such a great idea!
