I think this is really want I wanted all along.
{Because I thought I wanted a girl first. And then I thought I wanted a girl for my 2nd. But I have no idea what I’m talking about.}
Brothers. 19 months 3 weeks apart in age.
My most favorite people on this entire planet. I might very well start them in football at the age of three and send them out with their dad to hunt elk (or moose or fish or whatever they hunt for these days- I can never keep track and I stopped asking) at an earlier age than expected. I will probably never be able to keep my house clean for longer than 30 seconds (I swept the floor FOUR times yesterday. Can you beat that?) and I might need to pick up a gas mask from Lowes to protect myself from all the farting smells (I’m serious. Lucas thinks farting is hilarious) going on. But I think I can most definitely handle it.
Having two boys back to back is really – what I always wanted.
{This isn’t the best picture, but I take what I can get. Both are looking at the camera and neither are crying. I take that as big accomplishment in my day.}
I just found your blog, and it has been great to read! So funny about the farting smells, I have two little daughters and they think farting is hilarious too. Take after there Dad I guess 🙂
Boys are so much fun… I have three and I honestly would not know what to do with a girl… Enjoy your babies time unfortunately does not stand still… and they do what they do best… GROW…
We have 3 boys (7,6,5) and about to have another one! Boys are definitely different than girls…we have one of those too! I thought I wanted all girls but me + 1 more in the house is plenty!!!
I love this picture! he has a mohawk! So cute Samantha.
They really will be the best of friends. I have a boy sandwiched between two girls. Hopefully having a bit of space between the girls will help with fighting? Ugh, time will tell. Girls are so emotional 🙂
I can't wait until February 1st when I will be healed enough from my c-section to join your body after baby. Maybe you will have another one in the summer or fall? I am biting at the bit to exercise but can't until at least 6 weeks….grrr…. LOL
Annie, I plan to continue The BOdy After Baby Challenge and the mini challenges for a long time. So don't worry, we will have one you can join when you're ready!! 🙂
Oh boy (no pun intended) do I ever hear you!! I have three boys and it's like testosterone central around here!
Adorable. you never know what you want is what you wanted until you get it and it works out perfectly. 🙂
They are so adorable!!!
My boys are 15 months apart, they are 4 & 5 now. I know exactly what you mean because I thought I wanted 1 girl, then realized I got exactly what I wanted!
My first two children are only 15 months apart and they have grow up to be great buddies! (They are 9 and 8 now).
So glad I read this post! I feel the exact same way. Now, I find it hard to imagine having a girl. BTW… the little guy is precious!
My thoughts exactly!
They are adorable 🙂
They are so sweet, and I bet they're always going to be good buddies!
My boys are 18 months apart and they are so much fun together!
