Happy mid week friends. Hope you’re all doing well. We are almost done with our 30 day challenge as part of the Body After Challenge that I host here. We’re doing The Shred DVD by Jillian Michaels. I was doing really great with my workouts and eating and then I hit a bump in the road on Friday and have had trouble getting back on course. How are you doing?
I’ll be honest, I’m glad that the Shred 30 day challenge is almost over. 🙂 I need to finish this week (it ends February 5th) strong and try to do as many workouts as possible!

I didn't write a post but I have been working hard at drinking more water, limiting calories and just being smart about what I eat. And I've lost 5lbs in two weeks! Not too much but its a start. Thanks for these posts that help us stay on track and keep us thinking about treating our mommy bodies better.
I don't have any ideas for the next challenge, but I'd love to join in. This is my year to finally get the fitness thing on track!

Hmmm what about a 30-day challenge to fit in 15 minutes of yoga or stretching every other day and 15 minutes of abs/core work on the other days. Or 15 minutes of each, every day.
