Happy mid week friends. Hope you’re all doing well. We are almost done with our 30 day challenge as part of the Body After Challenge that I host here. We’re doing The Shred DVD by Jillian Michaels. I was doing really great with my workouts and eating and then I hit a bump in the road on Friday and have had trouble getting back on course. How are you doing?
I’ll be honest, I’m glad that the Shred 30 day challenge is almost over. 🙂 I need to finish this week (it ends February 5th) strong and try to do as many workouts as possible!
