Spilled Milk

I realized today that I never shared this picture.

And, you know, this blog cannot exist unless I share this picture with you. It just simply cannot. This was about three months ago when Lucas was learning to drink out of a cup with no lid.

This was his first try.

Is this not the funniest picture everrrr? Oh my poor baby. Cold milk all over his head and it scared the crap out of him.
It was HILARIOUS. He was freaking out. Just hysterical. I was grabbing the camera and snapping pictures during his freak out. My husband and I were laughing so hard and at the same time I felt like such a mean mom; taking pictures of my kid while he is having a meltdown. Don’t worry, his freak out only lasted several seconds and I know he’ll thank me when he sees these pictures at his high school graduation party or wedding reception.

Order of events:

Isn’t he such a sweet boy? Even after spilling milk all over his head he managed to put the cup back where it goes on his tray. Do you think I should submit these to the Milk Company? ( I don’t know what that is either.) I’ve got to do something with these pictures- what are your ideas? I thought about putting some in the kitchen… but then I would see a sad screaming face every day.

Oh but it was SO FUNNY!!!!

  1. You should frame one of them in the kitchen with the caption “Don't cry over spilt milk.” under it. It wouldn't make you sad. It'll make you laugh everyday.

  2. Priceless, Samantha. I don't know if you scrapbook, but you should at least go to scrapblog and make a page using those photos for Lucas' baby book. They're adorable. I feel bad for him and giggle all at the same time. He looks so very upset! Want to hug him!
