We’ve had a good day. Busy, but good. I am SO ready for spring break to get here! What about you?
As I’ve mentioned, I haven’t been able to run in a week. This week isn’t looking to great either, as my husband is swamped at work (he’s a teacher- they do A LOT. Dealing with parents, grading papers, conferences, etc. etc. etc. APPRECIATE yours! :)) and I have also been working part time. If I want to run I have to do it either at the crack of dawn (6am) or in the evening ( 8pm) and neither of those options are ideal, plus it’s been really cold and windy lately.
I tired to run on the treadmill today. Fail. Just. Can’t. Do It.
I ended up doing 20 minutes of speed walking at a level 15 incline on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the LeMond spin bike doing intervals. My legs are killing me today, especially after yesterdays P90X leg workout! I did P90X abs this afternoon and…. if all is right in the world this evening, I’m going to do the cardio P90X (which is on my schedule for today) OR go to the gym and do cardio while watching The Biggest Loser if my husband gets home in time. Cardio Tuesday Baby!
I also need to make a trip to the grocery store.
And watch The Bachelor from last night. (HIGH priority, people)
