30 minute full body weights at gym. P90X strength DVD’s are excellent, but every once in a while I like to hit the gym and lift heavy. Plus, we needed to get out of the house so Lucas got some play time while I hit the iron.
15 minutes of P90X KenepoX – not a fan.
30 minutes of cardio on the LeMond spinning bike.
Love this bike for a great cardiovascular workout and a great way to strengthen my legs. I was the only one in the cycling room and took full advantage, signing along to the songs on my ipod. Two people came into the room and then left once they saw me. Ha. I probably intimidated them.
To keep myself occupied and take my mind off my burning legs, I took some pictures.
Because I am that cool.
Do I look like I came out of a scary movie? It’s hard taking pictures of yourself while you’re spinning.
I’m such a loser, I know.
Have you ever taken a spin class at your gym? I can’t last the full hour, it’s so hard!
