My husband brought home girl scout cookies.
I’m sorry, let me re- phrase that.
My husband brought home THIN MINT girl scout cookies.
The cute thing is, he just leaves them in the cupboard and only eats a couple at a time and I’m like, “are you going to eat these or should I?” He doesn’t understand that you don’t have thin mint girl scout cookies (which are $4 a BOX by the way) in the pantry to eat a couple at a time. Either eat them or don’t. Can I get an Amen?!
I have been eating thin mint girl scout cookies for many years, ever since like middle school or something, and I’m pretty sure the picture on the box has never changed. I wonder why that is. I think they should update their pictures, don’t you? Just a thought.
I hope you like my picture of Joshua and the box of cookies. That’s called combining a parenting blog with a food blog. Pretty creative, I know.
I hope you all have a BEAUTIFUL Friday!!
Oh man… I devoured a whole box in one day! No eating one at a time for me!
Haha! Love the food/parent blog creativity. It does make for a cute picture. He certainly looks happy to have some in his presences. Those things are addictive!
The price has gone up since last year? DOH! They were only $3.50 last year. Too bad our family didn't notify us of that before we ordered (okay my hubby did), like TWELVE BOXES. Crap.
Our were still $3.50 this year…still expensive for that tiny box of cookies that no doubt is never meant to be in any cupboard. They are meant to be EATEN!! (oh and on a random note…we have the same bouncy seat!)
I wish I had his will power! No really! LOL Great picture too!
The picture on the box definitely hasn't changed- it will in the next 2 years or so, though. I have insider information. :). And… I hear ya on the eating the whole box thing. I either open them and finish them or don't open them. There's just no in between! I'm not a huge Thin Mint fan, though. Samoas and Tagalongs all the way!
I bought girl scout cookies from my niece (samoa and thin mint), and you don't even want to know how many I have been eating!
I am with you. You can't just eat a couple. You gotta have handfuls at a time. 🙂 That is why I only buy a couple boxes. They litereally last a day or two (at most) here at my house. 🙂
