So, last night, as I mentioned on my Facebook page, I really wanted to get a Diet Coke at work. It’s been 3.5 weeks without one, and I just.wanted.one. I was contemplating if I should get one, and what it would mean for me. Would it end all my hard work and leave me craving them even more? Or, would it give me just a nice taste and leave me satisfied? Or maybe I would drink it and decide they are gross and I don’t want another Diet Coke in my life. Ha!
What do you think I did??
This beauty was staring at me all night long. Do you think Diet Coke is good for your HEART? Isn’t that false advertising, if they put a heart on their can even though it’s not helping the heart. This Diet Coke was perfectly chilled and it would have gone great with the cookie I ate.
I kept thinking about how far I’ve came — 3.5 weeks without Diet Coke or candy.
That is not easy!
Next I should go without cookies, then maybe I’d lose some weight. (Ha.)
Instead, I stuck with my water and finished my 4th bottle of the day.
