We started our morning off with our new favorite bread: Dave’s Killer Bread. Oh my gosh, so good. Also, so healthy for you! A win-win. The only thing is that it’s not cheap. Yikes. This was my first time trying it. The price has – obviously- kept me from buying it in the past. I wish I wouldn’t have tried it, because now I’m hooked! I looked online. Thought about maybe ordering a bunch, thinking maybe it would be cheap(er.) $21 for two loaves.
Lucas also seriously enjoy’s it. Previously, he would just lick the peanut butter off his toast. Now he is eating every last bite of that bread!
I think at Costco it was $10 for two loaves which is… better, I guess? $5 for a a loaf of bread.
Sure and while we’re at it, take my kidney out too.
It’s still cheaper than buying a sandwich at Subway. Is that a good argument?
Haha. Yeah, he really likes it.
I typically have peanut butter toast every morning. We also have bread with sandwiches for my husbands lunch, PB & J sandwiches occasionally for Lucas, the husband likes bread with his spaghetti, and we use bread as buns for burgers. Carb-olicious UNITE!
I am now faced with the big decision:
– buy the super expensive bread, yet the tastiest and healthiest
– buy the $2.50 bread which now in comparison is going to taste like crap.
I will let you know my final decision after I hold a meeting with my husband.
This is for you!
You can do this in your living room, no equipment required and it will take you less than 15 minutes.
50 jumping jacks
10 push ups
25 jumping jacks
10 jump lunges (do a lunge, jump up and down into a lunge on the other side.)
Do that five (5) times through. DO NOT rest in between each exercise. You will be sweating by the end of this!
Let me know how you do!
