Zoo Lights

We got lots of new snow!! Sometime early last week, it poured rain for almost 48 hours straight. It got “warm” (around 45 degrees!) and almost all of the snow melted. It was so weird. We were so excited when it started snowing again this weekend! Nothing better than big snowflakes falling out your window. The temperature has been just perfect the last few days so we’ve been outside a ton!
This weekend, we went to the zoo lights. It’s kind of like the Pepsi plant back home.. except it’s a walk through, with animals, and outside. And a little colder.
Talk about festive.

Grandma Anna and Grandpa Rick got the boys matching snow suits.

The entire zoo was lit up by Christmas lights.

The real polar bears were sleeping.

We had a great time. Joshua and Lucas loved walking around. We were there for almost two hours!

Joshua took breaks in the stroller.

The lights were great. Some of them went to music.

There were tons of people there! Definitely a popular place. Guess that’s what perfect weather does to everyone.
