I made this crazy, maybe a little too adventurous goal to run/walk/exercise/move 2,015 miles in the year 2015!! That averages out to be about 5.6 miles/day. Yikes.
These are not running miles. They certainly can be, but I’m not a good runner so it will take me a while before I can even run 5.6 miles. My plan is to count any activity I do towards my miles – skiing, skating, walking, hiking, biking, swimming, rowing, elliptical, stair stepping, jogging, frolicking, soccer playing, etc — movement is movement and a mile is a mile no matter how you get it done!

Make it work for YOU! You can even do 2,015km if you want, or you can split it with a friend. I plan on blogging about this once a week to keep myself accountable and share my plan/workouts with you all. I think this is going to be hard to accomplish, but I know it’s doable. For example, it only takes (about) 4 minutes to ride a mile on the bike! I plan to customize it for my goals and my lifestyle.
