Hi Dear Friends!!
Next Monday – October 24th!- is the kick off for our 30 day Body After Baby Challenge! This is something that I started years ago after my kids were born — gosh it was such a great group of moms wanting to get healthier! We’re startin’ it up again, and I don’t care how old or young your babies are!
Here’s what you need to know –
This is a private group on Facebook where I will be sharing several live workouts a week. We will be focusing on exercising and making healthier choices. For this challenge, it is NOT about weight loss… and I know what you’re thinking – well how is this is a challenge if you don’t want me to take a “before” picture and try to lose 10 pounds in 30 days?!
I don’t care about that right now. We’re focusing on being healthy, moving our bodies, making good choices and all of that. If you lose weight – awesome. But if not, that’s okay. I won’t be asking for any before/after pics — maybe another challenge 😉
This will be a safe, encouraging, supportive and motivating group for women (only) to share their progress and goals over the next 30 days! Follow along with me during the workouts or do them at your own time.
FYI – I am not a beach body coach. These workouts are my own, I will not be asking you to buy a DVD or try a shake. k? 🙂
